NexoPOS is build with a basic store feature, but if you would like to improve and restrict access for example, you’ll have to use the Store Manager aka “Nexo Store Advanced Manager“. It’s a build in feature, which means that you won’t have to download it.
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to use Nexo Store Advanced Manager.
Check if Nexo Store Advanced Manager is installed and enabled
Store access manager allow you to manage user access to stores. The feature is only available in multi- store mode. This tutorial show you how to use the feature.
First of all make sure the module Nexo Store Advanced Manager is installed and enabled:

When the multistore mode is enabled, you’ll be able to access the store manager by clicking “Stores settings” > “Access Manager” in the sidebar menu:
If there is no cashier or store administrator available, you’ll have to create one then. Click on “Create a user“:
Provide all the informations needed and make sure you have set the user status and the user group to cashier. Then, click on “Create a cashier“. You’ll then be redirected to the page where you can see all used registered on your system :
Return to the Access manager you can see that the cashier is available but there is not store created yet. You’ll have then to create a store. Click on “Create a store” to access to the store creation form.
The next form is quite simple to understand, just provide your store information and set his status to open.
After creating a store go back to “Access Manager“. For this example our store is named “Rue 125″ you can manage access to the store by selecting an option (Yes or No). Don’t forget to save your change once you’re done.
Now, each time a cashier would like to access to a store he don’t have access to, he will be redirected to an error page.
